deepen your meditation.
Throughout the workshop we will practice different
breathing techniques and active meditation
to bring clarity, awareness, and concentration
to our body-mind.
A profoundly nourishing and beneficial practice based on
Shri Vivek Yoga teachings to reestablish the connection
between body, mind, and energy.
