Shri Vivek Yoga Teachings in Helsinki

Shri Vivek Yoga is the teachings of Shri Guruji Swami Vivekananda. It is a traditional yoga to unfold your intelligence, your inner light, and to live a more fulfilling life.

Shri Guruji Swamiji Vivekananda and his disciple Yogi Jivan Vismay have been sharing this traditional science and wisdom in a very simple way, allowing us to integrate it in our daily life. Despite what we are used to, yoga is not only postures (asanas) but an art of living that teaches us how to live with satisfaction.

Shri Vivek Yoga is composed of different traditions (Hatha yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Kundalini yoga, Tantra yoga, Gyan yoga and Vedanta) in this way providing a complete practice: creating awareness of your body, your emotions, your thoughts, your relationships with others and everything around.

This yoga practice is for anyone who is in search of harmony and happiness (physical, emotional, social, material). It is for all ages and there is no need for previous experience in yoga.

In Helsinki, Shri Vivek Yoga teachings are shared by Yogacharia Prem Jyoti (Fátima Galiana). She had just finished her studies in Cognitive Science and Language when she discovered Shri Vivek Yoga. She felt those classes were a space for self-awareness and exploration; they went beyond yoga postures and were offering tools to better understand her mind, feelings, and the circumstances she was living in.

She did her Shri Vivek Yoga Coach and Prana Chikitsa Ayurvedic Massage training with her teacher Yogi Jivan Vismay, direct disciple of living yoga master Shri Guruji Swami Vivekananda, at the Shri Vivek Center (Barcelona) and Nirpeksh Sannyas Ashram (India) (2007-2011).

She did her yoga for kids training with Cosmic Kids yoga in 2017, and her yoga for teenagers training with RISE in San Francisco, CA in 2017.

She has been sharing Shri Vivek Yoga teachings in Spain, Canada, USA, and nowadays in Finland where she offers regular yoga classes for adults and families, as well as meditation classes, workshops, and Ayurvedic treatments.
